Q: What is the best way to contact you?

A: Our business does not have a physical location, yet!  However, you can use one of the methods below:

Q: What is your return policy?

A: While we hope you are completely satisfied with your item, we will allow you to return it within 7 days of receipt.  It must arrive back to us in original, resalable condition.  However, we will only be able to refund the actual cost of the item and not any shipping costs.  **Custom items are non-refundable.

 

Q: What if my item is damaged?

A: We strive to package all of our items as safely as possible.  However, should your item arrive damaged, please contact us and let us know.  We will ask for photos of the damage, item and packaging, and we will refund your order.

 

Q: What is your lead time before shipping?

A: Ready to ship items will typically ship within 2 business days of order receipt. Custom orders ship times will vary depending on time needed.

 

Q:  What services do you offer for shipping?

A: Most of our orders will ship via USPS; however, larger or heavier items may ship via UPS.  We strive to find the cheapest method of shipping for you.  And, of course, if you are local to Holly, Michigan, we would be glad to meet you in person for pick up!

 

Q: What do you need to create a custom metal sign?

A:  If you would like a sign created from your own design, it is best for us to work from a black and white, simple line art pattern.  If one is not available to you, we will do our best to recreate your picture.  However, please keep in mind the time to redraw a design will add to the final cost.
